This policy explains what data the AutoCrm App collects and how it is used. The app is operated by LionTrans (“we”). Contact: volkovw16@gmail.com.
Who the app is for
AutoCrm App is a work tool for dealers who have a contract with us. Accounts are created by our administrator; there is no public sign-up. The app is not intended for persons under 18.
What we collect
- Account data: name, login/e-mail, role and settings assigned by the administrator.
- Work data: lots you open or save, bids and bid limits, won/lost lots, calculator inputs — needed to show your dashboard and send notifications.
- Auction sessions: to let you work on Copart and IAAI, our server signs in to the auction accounts provided under your contract and passes the session to the app. Auction passwords are never stored on your device.
- Device data: a random app-generated device ID, platform, OS version, device model and app version — to tell your devices apart and diagnose problems.
- Technical logs: errors and in-app browser events. Kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Push token (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service) — to deliver notifications about your lots and bids.
What stays on your device
- Biometrics: fingerprint / Face ID are checked by your operating system. The app never receives biometric data; it only keeps an access token in the device's secure storage.
- Clipboard: when you open the app it may check the clipboard for a Copart/IAAI link or lot number to offer opening it. The clipboard content is not sent anywhere unless you tap “Open lot”.
What we do not do
No advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking, no sale or transfer of your data to third parties for their own purposes. We do not collect location, contacts, photos or microphone data.
Third parties
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service — notification delivery.
- Our hosting provider — server infrastructure.
- Copart and IAAI — when you use their websites inside the app, their own privacy policies apply.
Storage and security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our servers while your account is active. Tokens on the device are kept in encrypted secure storage.
Your rights and account deletion
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and your account by writing to volkovw16@gmail.com or to your manager. We process requests within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting documents) are retained for the period required by law.

We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this address.
